Kabaka Pyramid Ignites St. Augustine with Powerful Performance to Kick Off His Fall 2025 U.S. Tour

The Grammy Award–winning reggae artist Kabaka Pyramid set St. Augustine ablaze as he kicked off his Fall 2025 U.S. Tour at Café Eleven, backed by his dynamic live band, The Bebble Rockers. The intimate ocean-side venue was charged with energy from start to finish, a night where roots, fire, and consciousness flowed through every lyric and bassline.

DJ Raggamuffin Sets the Tone

Before Kabaka touched the stage, DJ Raggamuffin took control of the turntables and delivered an early juggling session filled with nothing but pure vibes. Dropping classic roots anthems alongside modern-day hits, he had the crowd rocking and grooving with hands in the air, voices echoing to the rhythms of reggae greats. It was the perfect warm-up to set the tone for an unforgettable night of music and message.

Kabaka Pyramid and The Bebble Rockers Blaze the Stage

As the lights dimmed and the Bebble Rockers struck their first note, the anticipation reached a fever pitch. When Kabaka Pyramid stepped out, the entire venue erupted in cheers. From the opening track, “Light It Up,” he had the crowd fully engaged, delivering a fiery and high-energy performance that showcased both his lyrical precision and deep-rooted passion for truth and justice.

The setlist was nothing short of spectacular, running through fan favorites like “Mi Alright,” “Ready fi di Road,” “Rock Mi Nice,” “Reggae Music,” “Nice Up the Dance,” and “Herb Defenda.” Each song carried a message, each verse a vibration.

Kabaka’s delivery was fierce and purposeful, channeling the spirit of reggae warriors such as Sizzla, Capleton, and Anthony B. He chanted down Babylon with songs like “Can’t Breathe,” “Warrior,” “Trample Dem,” and “Well Done,” while the crowd echoed back every word in unison.

A Night of Musical Unity and Gratitude

Kabaka also took time to honor Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley for producing his Grammy-winning album The Kalling, giving thanks to the Ghetto Youths International family and Stephen Marley for their ongoing support and creative collaboration. It was a moment of respect, unity, and acknowledgment of reggae’s continuous evolution.

As the night carried on, the Bebble Rockers kept the vibes alive. Their energy infectious as they danced, smiled, and grooved through every chord. The set closed on a high with inspirational anthems like “Stand Up,” “Believe,” “Mystic Man,” “Grateful,” “Revival,” “Red Gold & Green,” and the title track “The Kalling.”

Conscious Music, Everlasting Vibes

The performance at Café Eleven wasn’t just a concert, it was a reminder of why reggae remains such a vital force in today’s world.
